SolidMatrix™
SolidMatrix chip fuses are comprised of a solid monolithic glass ceramic body with a silver fusing element imbedded inside. The glass ceramic body provides superior arc suppression performance, mechanical strength and excellent thermal properties.
AirMatrix™
The AirMatrix chip fuse is a wire-in-air fuse with a fiberglass enforced epoxy body that includes copper terminations with nickel and tin plating. Our patented construction process ensures that the fuse link is in the center of the cavity, and that the fuse link is embedded in the fuse body and copper terminations for reliable performance.
